- I recently had my truck serviced at SMP, I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Kinar. Nick listened to what I wanted and paid attention to the details. I was able to discuss things with him and lay out a plan moving forward. I believe it is very hard to find people in the service/sales industry who know the true meaning of customer service and honestly. I believe I was treated fairly by him and SMP and will be working with Nick again on all my vehicles. - I also had another vehicle in the auto body shop just before Christmas. I was very happy with their work and just as Nick did they went out of their way to get the job done right and to make sure I was looked after. - It is great to see this and they have all earned my business back again!

We really appreciated that the salesman, Kelly listened to what we wanted to buy and didn't try to up-sell into something different. He found us a compatible vehicle and we were happy with the trade negotiation. We were introduced directly to both the manager and the on-site finance rep, Dani who handled the paperwork very efficiently. Over all we were very happy with the quality of service and would chose SMP again when looking for another vehicle.
