AWESOME ending to a crappy start

On what started as a crappy experience (my beloved vehicle was not worth spending money on repairing, especially at a bad time, right before Christmas) ended on such a good note - I just NEED to say thanks! Between Dan Barrett and Cam Matthies the salesmen, Kelly Cherneski and Corey Risling the used car Managers and the icing on the cake, Dani Friesen Finance Manager - what an AWESOME ending and done so quickly - SO appreciated! I will send anyone and everyone to these awesome folks - they are fantastic to deal with, fair, understanding, funny and kind. And seemed quite appreciative to boot!! Thank you fabulous 5 sooo much.

I visited a number of dealerships before settling on SMP and the Silverado. In the end, Dan worked the hardest to get me the deal that I needed on the truck that I wanted. I'm very happy with my Silverado and the personal attention that I recieved at SMP. Thanks Dan!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Saskatoon Motor Products. Spencer Barber was our sales rep and he was very helpful and flexible in doing his best at getting us into what we wanted. I would highly recommend checking it out. I know I will definitely be going back, especially with how well we were treated.

Reading the replies to the customer reviews is a little disturbing! SMP is replying with a little too much information! For example someone comment about overspray on their vehicle from the body shop and SMP comes back with how the vehicle was there with the year and the fact is was an SGI claim - who's business is this? I feel that this may be a breach of privacy in some small way!

We went to SMP looking to replace our truck. Unfortunately we weren't able to get into the truck we wanted, but they were able to get us into our top choice car and we got to keep our truck. Even without a trade-in or down payment we walked away with a great vehicle. The vehicle we chose was so new to SMP that they hadn't yet sent it for detailing. So, unfortunately, we weren't able to take the car that day. We signed all the paperwork and had everything squared away so we could simply pick up the car the next day. There was a fair amount of waiting around, but in the end it was worth it. We are very happy with our new car. Thank-you.
