Had a difficult time getting work done that was covered by SAL warenty covererage looked after. Multiple visits for the same problem. Charges that were incured out of pocket later determined to be covered have not been reimbursed. Difficult time getting to the bottom of the final bill. Sales reps allusive and hard to get straight answers from. I will not be back.

The work done on your vehicle was a combination of warranty repairs, as well as routine customer pay maintenance. Your extended service contract was applied to its fullest extent, and can be used again for warranty repairs in the future.

Great Staff to deal with! Having a staff( Tom Walker) that speaks my native language(Tagalog) makes the communication even easier. I was looking for my 1st car and I know nothing about cars but the salesman Brandon Snowshell was very helpful and patient on introducing me to my new Chevy Cruze and he even drove me with the car to show off with my friends because i was still on my learners license then haha! And the finance lady DAni was also very helpful and patient with me . They have great team of people :)

Great people, hard working. Cam in sales was awesome, searched for the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was happy. Very easy to deal with and answered my questions. Dani in financing is absolutely amazing at what she does and helped me even after another dealer messed things up. I suggest going to SMP anytime for a great deal on a great vehicle. Gord the GM was great to deal with and helped with making sure the truck was there! Great group of people. Will be back for the next one for sure.

Great sales people and finance. Cam is a great salesman and very easy to talk to and very hard working. Dani is absolutely amazing person! Easiest and eased the stress of credit issues. Best experience ever! Gord, the GM is awesome to deal with! Best GM dealer! Will be back for another truck! Thanks guys and gals!
