I had a terrible experience. ..I bought a brand new camaro zl1. It is a rare and expensive car which they had to get from Alberta. Once it got here they did not bring it to the show room to clean and detail the car, they delivered it to brads towing wear house. I had to do my walk around there in the dark building. It had scratches all over the car which they promised to remove with power polishing. I had to arrange to get it home from the wear house and once I got it home and sat in the car it had no owners manual. Plus let me add that the finance guy called to ask when I would like my payments to happen, so I told him my payday and when I went to sign the papers he had made the date one day before I'm paid. I asked him if he could change and he told me no and that I could call the bank and do it myself after the first payment comes out. So after an hour on the phone with the bank I finally had it changed. Finally the gas tank was empty.... this is the worst dealer experience I have ever had.

I had a very good experience. The people I dealt with did everything they could to get me the vehicle I wanted and didn't give up. They were a pleasure to work with. I love my car!

I was having a problem with my suv and my warranty was just about to expire. The service department staff took the time to listen to my explanation of what I felt was wrong and acted on it. They didn't sluff off my input like an another dealership did. They worked on my truck for a few until they solved the problem. I was so pleased when I got the call and they told me it was fixed. If you need work done I recommend seeing the great people in the SMP service department, they will get you up and running again with out cutting corners.

I had an awesome experience with SMP when I was looking for a new vehicle and upgrade from my old truck! Although I didn't get into an SUV like I originally thought I found a gorgeous 2015 Chevy Malibu thanks to my great salesperson Alden Williams! He worked his hardest to try and find me something I loved and even came in on his day off to work with my schedule! Made the finances very easy to understand and relaxed atmosphere for buying! Definitely recommend Alden if you're looking for a fantastic and professional salesperson! I absolutely love my new car thank yout SMP!
