I had to make a trip to your car wash on 3 different days to find it was closed on each occasion. If ba free car wash comes with the service then it should be provided on site.

I have bought two cars from Andy. Both times he provided friendly and knowledgeable service. He listens to his customers and works hard to make sure they are totally satisfied with their purchase. Highly recommend.

I brought my '05 Civic SE for air bag recall & asked if service would plug-in diagnostic meter to give me the error code for my engine light. (It intermittently comes on). I did not want a diagnostic - just needed the error code. I was too lazy to manually do it (short the pin & count the flashing engine light) I was told that it would cost me $130. Part-Source offers this service for free. That same day I was working with Steve S. on a new lease for a '16 CRV-EX for my wife Julie (Honda Loyalty program that will closely match our current payments for our '14 CRV-EX, 0% on lease.) You guys didn't even come close to matching our current lease payments - off by $40/bi-weekly payment. These aren't the first negative experiences I have had with Crown/Winnipeg Honda over the past 2 years. Seems like $$$ only matter now.

I was overcharged for a tire. I received an email asking for feedback to which I replied. I called the manager and left a voicemail. My call was not returned and there was no follow up to my feedback.

DJ gave me the opportunity to review the vehicles that I was interested including a breakdown of features and cost. I was shown the vehicles in the lot that I might be interested in with option to test drive. I was treated respectfully, and given opportunity to ask questions without high pressure. (I hate high pressure sales and it is what caused me to hold off on purchasing and walk away from a sale at another dealership a few years prior) I then took several weeks to confirm my choice as my husband was out of town and I did not get pressured during that time but was contacted in relation to when it worked for me to come in. I also really appreciated having one of the vehicles I was interested in brought into the garage to view when it was dark and minus 30 so I could really get a good look at it while comfortable! I will say that the reason I choose this location/salesman was due to positive reviews from my son who has made 2 recent purchases. Also was nice to have follow up after I drove off the lot to see how things were going and offer any needed assist with learning how to use all the features in the car - after sales service is important and understanding how to use all the features equals greater satisfaction with my purchase. Thanks!
