We were sent home with a vehicle that was not functioning safely, in poor weather conditions with our young child in the vehicle. The brakes were not safe and the team could not come up with a safe plan for our transport home. The team did not take the time to listen to the problem by getting into the vehicle for one minute and we will not bring any other service to them, nor will we recommend them to others. The other all experience is great. The people are very respectful and pleasant. I wish it was easier to contact the people by phone. I called numerous times on an occasion and no one got back to me for weeks. But I love my car and I would not trade it for anything.

I had a good experience with Xavier. He was helpful, genuine, patient and knowledgeable with new and used cars. He provided me with information and different options on new and used cars. Finding a car when you haven't had to look for a newer car for many years was challenging, interesting and confusing at times. He provided good advice and was patient with me. The overall experience with the whole Crown Honda team was very good.

My daughter was looking to buy a newer used vehicle and D.J Reimer was the salesman who assisted us in doing so. From start to finish D.J. listened to her needs/wants and provided her with several options from which to choose without any pressure in doing so. Once she had picked a vehicle, D.J. made a few promises on some touch-ups and followed through on them without any problems. D.J. made himself availabe at any time throughoout the process and made my daughter's (and our) experience very pleasureable. We have and will continue to recommend D.J. and Crown Winnipeg Honda to family and friends.
