I just bought my Honda Ridgeline from this dealership and I can not speak highly enough about the service. I had an incident and asked if they could stay open because I was going to be late. It was the only day I could pick up my new vehicle. Not only did they stay open late for me, they also took the time to go over everything in detail in a calm and inviting manner. We arrived there and I was frazzled. They took care of everything, my new truck is gorgeous! Thank you Val (sp) and Rob and I forget the finance gentleman's name but he was so cool and calm with a great sense of humour. My husband actually taught Val and his brother and couldn't be more proud of the professionalism and truly kind men they've become. Thanks again Brantford Honda Team!

The sales staff and finance were friendly and pleasant to deal with, however there are a few things that happened at the completion of the deal which are not good. Firstly the contract paperwork, I was not given a copy, and after following up with the finance company this should have been provided by BH. The car came with snow tires but what wasn't clear (and I should have checked) was that they were not on RIMS - I had factored this into the value of the deal but will have to pay >$1000 for rims. Minor thing: I had asked the EV to be charged to 90% but on pickup it was at 45% which fortunately was still enough to get home however we had agreed to this, small items shouldnt be forgotten.
