I had a terrible experience with Honda's service department. I took my car in for a routine maintenance check, and the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They didn't seem to care about my concerns, and when I asked for a detailed explanation of the work they were doing, they brushed me off and acted like I was bothering them. To make matters worse, the work they did on my car was shoddy and incomplete. They missed several critical issues and left my vehicle in worse condition than before. When I tried to bring it to their attention, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Honda. I wouldn't recommend their service department to anyone, and I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Their service is horrible! I went there for car service, in which they offered me to wash my car. They ruined my car! It has scratches all over. On top of that, they were rude to me and didn't help me even though I asked them to check their security footage. They made excuse that their car wash is old and minor scratches can happen. If this was the case, why didn't you tell me beforehand? Also, the scratches are not minor! It was my new car which I had bought not even a year ago! They damaged my car, and then when I was recording the damages, they accused me instead that I had planned this! What kind of customer service is that? "I didn't even ask you for the wash, you guys offered it to me! Why don't you check your cameras?" I am very disappointed. It's gonna cost me so much to get them fixed. I will have to get it repainted. Beware of these people! They don't take responsibility for their actions! They are terrible!

Bought my '22 Accord Hybrid here in Feb '22, took delivery in May. Overall a positive experience. Had the cheapest and most reasonable price compared to other dealerships in the area, especially for a car that doesn't normally move a lot of volume. Paid just on MRSP, and the dealership did not push too hard to add extras once I declined. Sales wise my sales rep Ryan did not do anything sketchy or high pressure. There was no box method, no obfuscation of numbers...I paid in full so YMMV if you finance. Service wise they've been top notch also. Naturally you pay a premium for dealership service but if you just bought a new car you probably should. Free car wash with each service. Overall, would recommend. Would also recommend if you're buying to visit the surrounding dealerships and formulate your own impression (i.e Cambridge, Kitchener, Hamilton Hondas).

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had since I came to Canada - really does not represents the Canadian spirit of acceptance towards everyone (regardless of their race, gender or nationality) : I have called the service department on more than one occasion to have a full service, as I brought my car from this dealership. Every single time I have been informed that all they can do for me is oil change, and I’d have to go to the Hyundai service Center for anything else. Even when asked over the phone to confirm if I was due for an oil change or not. Instead of looking into my file to inform me, I was false told that I should have a sticker on my car that would let me know when my car was due. My car had no such sticker. Since service team didn’t seem friendly or helpful at all I just decided to drive for the oil change on a work day (I live an hour away and had to taking time off as I would not have time to do another day), only to be told I wasn’t due. And the service personnel just wanted to brush me away; repeating the same thing about my concern about my brake sensory warning “you would need to go to Hyundai service to have that looked at, I do not know why that is”. To which I said okay and tried to ignore the negative treatment I got. What made it so obviously discriminatory was: when I asked the sales representative (on the same day) to do an appraisal for my car. She got a detailed report of what need to be fix. Initially she was saying that my car was priced so because my brakes needed replacement among a few other things (which I am not sure were entirely true). I felt so shocked that I just had to ask the sale representative how could she know that, cos when I came in, the service department said they can’t analyze the problem. She went from my brakes “needed replacement” to they are a “bit rusted”. She also informed me that Brantford Honda provide full service (checking any and all issues) for Hyundai among other brand, and it was weird that the service department should do that to me. I just was in shock and didn’t know how to react, so I decided to leave as I did not feel safe in that space. It’s just unbelievable, first they misinform me about the sticker, then they deny me service, and lasts provide a false assessment. I really feel discriminated against and harassed. I do not trust the quality of their products or service.

Vali guy. I hate these kind of guy. Who do not know how to respect customers. If I do not like the deal so that does not mean you can humiliate a person. Please go back to school and learn some respect.

Todd is the best. My power steering went on me. Todd went out of his way to help me and get me back on the road. All the staff there are very friendly. They saved me money and made a customer for life. Again thank you for helping me out.
