We've driven from Hamilton to this Brantford dealer for our sales and service for over 15 years. From the moment you drive into the Service Advisor staging area, you're made to feel like part of the Honda family. The advisors are the first point of contact and do a great job of listening to the customer. The work is done in a reasonable amount of time and they follow-up after your service visit. I have no problem recommending Brantford Honda to friends or family.

I went in for a factory recall service to the computer software, which had not been a problem for me. I also had the battery tested as I requested and a replacement was suggested and completed. Arriving for my appointment in the pouring rain, it was very convenient to drive in to initiate the review and subsequent service. The estimated time for the work to be completed was pretty much on schedule and the customer waiting area was comfortable with coffee and tea available plus, very clean washrooms.

When I go to Brantford Honda they never disappoint me. Their service is wonderful. I called them once on a Saturday morning to see if I could get in that same day as I had done something really stupid and damaged my car. Without any hesitation they scheduled me for late morning that day and told me I was not the 1st. person to have this accident and they had seen worse! They definitely made me feel better about it all. I would definitely recommend Brantford Honda for all your service needs!
