new battery

I was really upset over the battery quitting on me - I was told to come right over once CAA started my car and I would be looked after - within an hour I had a new battery in my car and found out that the warranty was ending the next day - free battery! I was actually very happy the battery decided to die on that day! The service as always was excellent! Doreen

Kara explained everythIng in great detail what the tech had completed on my vehicle and also prior to the work, she explained what was due to be done on my vehicle. Also, safe distancing and masks were worn so I was pleased to see proper Covid protocols being followed.

Honda was done with my truck in a timely manner. I very much appreciated Kara keeping me updated on my trucks status while being serviced. I enjoyed receiving txts to inform me on what was going on while my trucks was in for service. Great customer service which is hard to find around here.
