To me buy a car is easy. But to find a reliable trustworthy dealer is difficult . Due to they have excellent service adviser like Edmond, I choose to buy my cars form Roadsport Honda for many many years. I am also consider to buy another Honda car with them in the very near future.

Poor customer service after damaging my car while in for service.

I am shocked at the level of ignorance displayed towards my experience. Dealer damages my car during a service. Refuses to discount any work. No written note to say that they will repair. I had to take their word that they would repair it. No rental provided to me when I dropped off my car for damage repair. Worst of all, no follow up. I cannot subject myself to being treated this way by any shop, let alone this is my 3rd Honda.

I got a tire balancing done however the steering wheel shakes bad at highway speeds. This tells me work not done good for this service. Takes extra time to go back off work to re fix this.

A simple oil change should not take two hours. Additionally, the rep told me my rear brakes needed the pads and rotors replaced. Cost? About $500.00. (But he'd see if he could get me a deal...) He said the front brakes pads were fine. Took the car to my mechanic to check. Rear brake pads AND front pads are identical in percentage of wear and do NOT need changing. Needless to say I will not be returning to your dealership/repaid center ever again. I expected honesty and excellent customer service from Roadsport and didn't get either one.

The staffs are very friendly and supportive at Roadsport Honda, there were a few times they helped us to solve problems without any hesitation. This is the third CRV I drove, and I've noticed Honda really pay attention to customers' driving experience to improve the vehicle even in small details.
