The service was fast. The men and women are friendly. I want to thank the person who fixed my windshield wiper.I will probably be going back Waverly Honda for service because its so much closer for me to go to.

From initial contact to post sales support DJ and Winnipeg Honda provided outstanding support and service. For example; I sent a text to DJ asking about winter tire availability and he looked up what I need on line while he was at a Jets game.

The service from the attentand was excellent, as always. But I was offended to pay $49.00 for a diagnostic test on my battery. Everyone knew that my battery was dead. This was a money grab which was very disappointing for me since I've already giving lots of money to purchase my vehicle from you. I will consider changing my battery elsewhere in the future.

I arrived in the express lane, because they were busy I would have to wait about 1.5 hours, I was fine with that because I hadn't made an appointment. I went to the desk to check and the guy was polite and helpful. Went inside to wait. Once done the lady explained to me the costs and I got a free car wash coupon. Throughout everything I have been please with Honda.
