I dropped off my car in the morning for an oil change and a software update, and was told it would be done when I came back at 2:30. I got there and I my car was not touched. And then was asked to come back another day. I live out of town, so it was a huge inconvenience.

Anytime I have an issue, everyone at Honda jumps up and services me very friendly and courteously. They always direct me to the right person to get the issue fixed asap. Outstanding experience

My appointment was for 8:30 am. I was told it would take up to 1 1/2 hours to replace the recalled airbags and I was out of there by 10:30. Excellent service. Very friendly staff.

Review your assessment policy ! Your people are a value to your organization and strive for a perfect experience ,, however if all I ever say is 100% because I know good people will be looked upon poorly if I review anything less ,, your system does not reflect exactly how well your team is doing ... "Telling the boss what he wants to hear " is not a good policy ,, it's based upon fear .. I have not participated in this survey befor and will not in the future ,, unless I see 100% from Honda management and they change this review system Your respectfully Mr C. Madden

made the apt with the dealership and requested a shuttle back to my house. The dealership called 3 different times asking for the adress. Each time the call was answered by myself or my parter and the correct address given. Brought the car in at the requested time and was told to wait for the shuttle, it would be 15-20 min. 45 min later finally asked when it was going to come only to be told my name was never added to the list. Had to wait 25 more minutes before a shuttle came to get me. When originally booked was offered a complimentary cleaning for the car and confirmed I would like that done. When I picked up the car it as not done. Not impressed by the service at this location.

DJ was couteous, knowledgable and helped me find the car that I wanted; he try to upsell me and I believe he tried too get the best trade in value and price for me. He has follwed up numerous times and often texts me to to see how everything is going, He's the best salesperson I have dealt with. I would definately buy my next car from him and I hope that he will be there when it's time again.

Xavier Smith and all the staff at Crown Honda seem to be cut from the same clothe, they are attentive, polite, helpful, kind, respectful and make you feel welcomed and comfortable through out the process of buying a car to the servicing of your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone that would listen you get the best from the best people! Thank you for being such a excellent team
