I don’t usually post reviews but the service I received I thought it would be prudent to share my experiences. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and when I picked up my truck all the areas where the tech touched was full of oil and grease; on the leather seats, door panel and council; and on the outside door panels, hood and tailgate. Also where the tech sat there was glue on his coveralls so the glue transferred onto the leather seats and council. I showed the service writer where she told me they would clean it but it would take an hour. I was already sitting for an hour and half and wanted to leave because I was physically angry and did not want to make a scene. I parked the truck overnight in the garage and the next morning I found an oil pool on the concrete. The tech did not clean underneath so no I have oil sprayed on the bottom quarter panels. I am not very happy and would not recommend them for any service.

People were great to deal with until it came to the appraisal of my trade. Complete low ball when comparable at others dealers of the same vehicle are 10k more. Than what they offered on trade. Decided to make a deal in the city I'm from at a dealership locally.
