Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep

As someone who's done a lot of car shopping and has had to deal with many dealers, I can say riverside has been the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My salesperson Ruth was amazing. They don't push sales and treat you like a person, not a number. I lived a fair distance away from them and Ruth even sent me videos of her going through the vehicle I was interested in while answering my questions. The other team members were great to deal with as well. Morgan and Fern were the others I dealt with personally and they were also amazing. It's what a dealership should be. I didn't have to fight them over pricing or features, they threw in some extra things for me without even negotiating for them, and they've earned my business. I will be going back to them and recommending them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you guys for all you do.

We had a battery replaced in our jeep Cherokee. We went to pick it up and the price was over $400. Totally ridiculous. The wife was thinking about buying another Jeep from them Things might change.

Riverside Dodge provided me with an awesome vehicle at a great price. The sales staff and finance team were knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. This is one place where they put the customer first. The sales staff make purchasing a vehicle a special experience. The salesperson that sold me the car was engaging, very kind and a terrific individual. This salesman was quick to answer my initial inquiry. I was given prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service throughout the process. They were more than willing to negotiate a lower price. My offer was given serious consideration and I was sold a spectacular vehicle at a fair and reasonable price. Once again, thank you, sir.
