Always have a good experience with Riverside Dodge, family friendly environment, very informative, service department goes above and beyond for their customers and always have the answers and keep you informed when we have questions to ask ! Sales department and management is top notch always get excellent service and they listen to exactly what your looking for and what you really want and need

We had some of the best service while purchasing a vehicle we have ever had, with Kevin a few weeks ago. Not only did he ensure the vehicle we were looking at 'ticked' all of our needs list, but he was very honest and up front when answering any questions we had about comparisons between makes and models. Our best buying experience to date.

Brought my Dodge journey RT here because it wont start. They charged me $539 they said its battery problem, I told them its still under Mopar warranty its only a year old. They asked me for a receipt when it was done ( I beleive that if they search for the VIN, all records are there, so why asked for the receipt?) Anyway, I provided it by calling the last dealership that changed the battery. After few hours they said that they will not change the battery, they charged it and it is now good to go. They asked me to pay $102 for the diagnostic, because they said IT TOOK THEM 1.5 HOURS TO DIAGNOSED. I am not a certified mechanic, but I know the basics, if the car wont start the first thing to check is the battery, so why took 1.5 hours to find out that it was the battery??
