I just bought my first vehicle from Bytek, and I was really apprehensive about the process. Their staff were friendly, well informed and did not pressure me in anyway. We joked and laughed our way through the process of selecting the perfect vehicle for me. 1 weeks later, having had lots of time to get used to the new car I have no regrets. I would buy the same model from the same people again if I had to do it over.

Took car in for general inspection discovered parking at rear for service, not informed of this before arrival. Also informed of general inspection fees upon arrival, which I was not informed of prior to arrival.

A big thank you to VW Bytek for their wonderful service and support, especially to Pierre the used car sale manager and Kris our sale rep. We had to return our lease a year early due to some health complications and the car not being able to tow the capacity we needed in order for our child to get his trailor that he wished for through the Make a Wish Foundation. Pierre and Kris were exceptional in making sure we were taken care of well and took our lease back with very minimal fees. Thank you so much!
