Bought a nice looking van, but it had a coolant leak that I wanted fixed first. They thought they had it fixed, but on the way home after buying it the coolant leaked out. They took it right back and sent it out for a costly repair. When I got the van back it still smells like coolant is leaking, so the service manager, Dan, says bring it back in, they'll take care of it. I know it should have been fixed at the first, but ThatCarPlace has really been dedicated to making sure I have a positive experience with them. If this all ends with the leaks truly fixed, I will have no problem recommending them to my closest friends.

Wow, fantastic service! Van blew a gasket after I drove away. They took it back and fixed it no problem. I would have no problem recommending them to my friends. Friendly and courteous from the owner to the salesman to the service manager.
