Friendly but unimpressed with "150 point inspection "

When buying my car very friendly service. After buying my car still friendly service but I have had to go back twice in a 10 day period (have only had it ten days) to get things fixed that the "150 point inspection" should of covered. Both times had to wait over an hour while they fixed these problems.
