Kal and Robert made sure I got the car that I wanted. They finaggled the down payment to something I could afford. They're service was professional and courteous.

I initially saw photos of That Car Place on the "MyLondon" app so when I was looking for a car I went to their website and saw one that caught my eye. I phoned and spoke to John who couldn't be more helpful and even offered me and my wife a ride down to view the car and take it for a test drive and drove us back to the hotel. I needed to get my license exchanged for an Ontario one and again John was all too happy to help, throughout the whole process John and Kal were extremely helpful and were genuinely interested which made me feel like a valued customer which is something you just don't get from the larger car dealerships. Overall my experience was outstanding and I will happily recommend That Car Place to anyone interested in buying a car as they will go that extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of.

I spoke with John and Robert the salesmen first who helped me find the right car. Kal helped seal the deal by crunching the numbers and scoring me and excellent loan rate, term, and extended warranty. I will be back in the future for sure!

From beginning to end, I was offered the best, most honest help! You normally expect salespersons to push anything, but Rob took the time to figure out exactly what I needed. And helped me through the process. Now I have a reliable car at an affordable price and a new shop to bring it to with the VIP package.
