Palladino Mazda made me feel like just a number .... .... and that number is “1”. I can't explain how happy I am to bring in my vehicle for servicing here. This time, they got my out a jam. Luckily, my parts were in stock and they were accommodating enough to squeeze me in last-minute for the installation, right in the middle of the rush before the holidays. I've done business with them before, and I will continue to business with them long after my warranties are up. Thanks for the great work and superb client care. Cheers! Andrew Edgerton

Routine oil change was completed. I was also having trouble with my phone connecting to my car properly, Taylor kindly made sure that it was taken care of during my visit
