Quick and easy.

Brandon found the exact vehicle we were looking for. When he found a similar vehicle, he showed it to us but never pushed the sale. We have recently found a problem with the stereo and we reported it directly to Brandon and he was quick to help us out, although the stereo problem hasn't been fixed yet, Brandon has always been there for us when we needed him.

I had no option for colors. Or so I was told. Couldn't get a cd and or mp3 player just a radio. Pathetic. Couldn't get a manual transmission. It was the only truck that I found comfortable out of all the brands. Somy cchoices were a truck i didn't like or was uncomfortable. Or a truck that was comfortable but is so ugly i want to park a block away so I'm not seen in it. That also doesn't have the transmission i wanted and will only have music while in the city. For a hunter, fishermen, and farmer that's pretty weak. Couldn't even get a coffe mug.

My vehicle purchase experience with Alden was pretty good, he was not pushy, he was infact quite patient.

Sales: the service was very good. The financing process was less than enjoyable. The process of starting with a varied monthly payment (due to maintenance insurance) working backwards to the cost of the vehicle was less than appreciated. I just wanted to know how much the payment was going to be and for how long.

Today we traded in my Mazda 3 for an Equinox SUV. I've bought multiple vehicles from dealerships in the past and my experience with Levon at SMP was well beyond my expectations. We were car shopping with our 4 month old baby so we appreciated how the service was quick, easy, and to the point. Levon and the staff gave me the best and most honest service I've ever had buying a vehicle. They thoroughly covered all the information and history they knew about the SUV and were able to answer all our questions.
