Great guys to deal with, I wanted a truck they had and they made sure I got it. Drove from out of town and they had fuel cards for me and the truck was filled. if I could give a 6 star review I would.

I recently visited a dealership to inquire about a car I was interested in purchasing. Upon arrival, I was dealing with an older gentleman who seemed frustrated and completely uninterested in engaging with me. I wanted to take my time looking around the car, as any potential buyer would, but he was in no mood to discuss any details or answer my questions. What made the experience even worse was the stark contrast in how he treated me compared to other customers. There were other people at the dealership, yet he didn’t even extend the basic courtesy of offering me a seat while I waited. His attitude made it clear that he had no intention of assisting me properly, making me feel unwelcome. Ultimately, his behavior completely turned me away from purchasing the car. Even if I couldn't find that specific vehicle anywhere else in Kingston, I would still refuse to buy from them. The entire experience left me with the unsettling feeling that I was being treated differently simply because I am not Canadian.
