Just today I bought my first car through Thompson Chrysler in Kingston! I was struggling to find a car for a couple months and within 20 mins of talking with Chris I had found just what I was looking for. Chris was very kind, offered drinks as soon as we sat down, and later brought snacks over when we were waiting to talk with Ryan. He was very understanding when he listened to what I was looking for which is why I was able to find my car within 20 mins of sitting and talking with him. Thank you Chris and Ryan for my first car, and the wonderful experience! You guys rock !!

The staff here are consistently kind, helpful and never judgemental. They are quick, are always very polite and just overall genuinely nice human beings. Very reliable. I never hesitate to ask for their assistance because I know it will be met with kindness. I often go here to get my key fob batteries replaced, but also if I have need help with odd things like why my key won't work, or with getting a new wiper blade on that is fussy. Thanks so much to the team- it really means a lot, especially to someone who lives solo.
