After the lease has done, I have decided to purchase the van but the a salesman tried to lease me new van and scared me if I returned a van I might need to replace a brake, new tires and so on..which I realized that. I tried to explain the reasons why I would not continue lease. Because my wife and I decided not to keep the business for so long if I sold the business sooner than we expected, we would have problems with a new lease. And they kind of upset. As I decided to purchase a van I asked if I could do a 3 years finance I didn’t get any answer at all for more than 2 weeks ( no follow up). Fortunately, I have money to payoff a van. How about people who don’t have credit? Is it because salesman would not get any commission!! After paid out a van, I didn’t not get transferred ownership after a month. I would mind waiting but why taking so long..

Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of your needs and desires. Never once was a vehicle pushed onto us that we were not interested in or an upgrade suggested that we didn’t need. Very happy with our service at Orangeville Honda!

Purchased my car off Todd in September he was very professional and curteous. The only issues I had with the purchase was the balding tires which got replaced prior to picking up and one of the windows being replaced while getting certified and not re tinted having me to get it done by another shop. Also had transmisson issue shortly after purchase had the factory warranty but it was apparently not covered so it has been left as it until this day am now out of warranty. Overall the staff is very friendly I would buy another vehicle from Orangeville Honda the service department could use some attention.
