My windshield wipers broke off on my way home so I stopped at Honda to see if they had one. They did not but the girl was helpful said I would be in the next morning and booked me an appointment for the next day. I called and pushed it back a half hour and still left work early. Upon arrival I sat down for a good five mins b4 being told the wrong part came in and would call me when the new part came in. No call. I called when I got home and was told it was in but they were closing and there were no appointments till Monday. It was supposed to rain on the weekend so I picked it up the next morning and installed myself.

the sevices provied was great the mini van work was completed when they said it would and every thing was explained to me before any work was done serivce was great keep up the great work

I brought my car to get the right rear door fixed as I would not open from the inside. so when it picked it up and got home with it and when I went to go open the door it wouldn't open from the outside and this was the second time I bought it in for it. I had to go back the next day to get it fixed again. I was not happy with this

Would not release car unless brakes fixed even though I had them recently replaced elsewhere. cost me an extra 700$

Several people at the dealership have the details that I provided live and in person when the entire experience came to a head as it were. 2014 Honda Civic with a replaced transmission should be enough of a hint for you to figure it out from there as it has apparently "never" happened before.

it was an oil and filter change so pretty straight forward. We made the appointment online and received a call as soon as the car was ready from the dealer with the option to be picked-up at home to retrieve the car.

I took my mothers 2015 CRV in due to it stalling when put in revers/idling violently rough and the service department insisted nothing was wrong and where extremely rude even giggling on the voicemail telling me my car was fine and ready to be picked up. A 2015 should not be stalling and it still continues to stall and Honda Orangeville refuses to do anything about it even with our extended warranty!!! We are beyond frustrated and nervous to drive our car!

I bought the car for my wife and sale was great finance was great delivery from some other than our rep was awful and follow up by wife to dealership was nasty and beyond what I expected from this fill in delivery sales rep
