Service advisor was friendly and had work order ready. Tech advised replacing engine aìr filter as well as cabin filters. All work performed professionally.

Brought CRV to have brakes checked, tech was very honest and upfront about condition of brakes. He stated that the brakes were fine and no work required. Breath of fresh air , some shops would try to sell you a complete overhaul.

When I purchased my vehicle in September I brought it back as I noticed there was an issue with the transmission making a clunking sound. Was told it would not be covered under the power train warranty (car had 96k at the time) still had to pay for labour to get it looked at, out of warranty now car still has the issue. brought my car in for an oil change recently took a lot longer than expected over an hour. Staff are very friendly just not the best organizing especially in the service department.

Dave was great however we are still waiting on the Owners manual that was promised several times. This is now becoming disappointing.
