David O'Dwyer was/is fantastic. Extremely patient, and made us very comfortable. We started looking back in May, and finally bought today. Even though we made numerous trips to the dealership during this time, David never lost patience with us (including coming in early for us, and we were late for him). He was smiles all the way through, and even worked hard to get us the colour we wanted! The showroom had great refreshments, which included kid favourites, making the experience that much more comfortable. Great job David and Orangeville Honda!

Today I purchased a new car at Orangeville Honda. My sales consultant David O'Dwyer was professional and courteous. He ensured that I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price! Also, Haley Langford was extremely helpful with all the financial details. I highly recommend Orangeville Honda - this is the second vehicle I've purchased from the dealership and would return again. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience when purchasing her vehicle. Friendly, prompt service as we walked in the door. My son and his wife have purchased a vehicle from them as well with the same experience. I myself will purchase my next car with them. Pleasant personalities actually enjoyed our time there.

Promises Not Delivered

Good evening. To begin with I love my new Civic Hatchback Sport. However, I think that when commitments are made that they should be followed through on. The sales person said that the few paint chips would be touched up before I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't thoroughly cleaned before pick up - there was a large children's sucker stuck on the carpet beside the driver's seat. The car wasn't clean and there was dog hair in it. There was a dent on the driver's side, rear door. The sales person was aware the dent was there, but it wasn't pointed out at the time of the sale. The sale person and the used manager committed to having it fixed. However, the contact that they gave me hasn't returned my call in 3 weeks. This is the first review I've ever written. Again, I love the car, but I really believe that there were some items that haven't been handled very well. There were two identical cars we could have selected from...if we had been told about the dent, we would have picked the other car. We bought the car quickly, due to my older VW beetle being on it's last leg.

When looking for a newer CRV. Test drove a few of them and as luck would have it just as I was loosing interest, a CRV drove up that had just came back from being detailed. As soon as I saw her, I was so excited, the vehicle, on the outside was in perfect shape, no scratches, no door dings, a few little stone chips, but I expected that on a 2015. The inside was perfect also, and it had all the little features I was looking for. Michael was a very helpful friendly salesman who never made us feel like we had to pick something. He had the vehicle ready on the date and time he promised. So an overall wonderful experience. Thank you so very much.
