My family used this location for many years, so when I took over the family car and the winter tires were stored here I figured it would be a smooth process. I called maybe a week or two before I needed the tires to make sure they were there, and a lovely gentleman not only confirmed they were there but also told me the year and quality of the tires too. He said just to give him a call when I needed them pulled and it would be no problem since I wasn’t getting them put on at Acura. I called this past Monday morning hoping to pick them up that evening and was told it would take 48 hours to pull my tires because “that’s the policy” I explained I was never informed of this, that the previous person I spoke with was able to locate them, check the year and quality of the tires so I didn’t understand why it would now take two full days to pull tires out when I didn’t need to have them put on their either. No reason given other than “that’s the policy”. She said she could pull them in 24 hours but I had zero time to get them the following day so I would need to see if someone else could get them. I called back twice, once around 11am and left two call back numbers via voicemail to be reached at, then called again around 2:45pm and left a second voicemail. Neither calls were returned. I had someone else call and they had answered and said “we can have them for you in 24 hours, so on Wednesday” which would have been 48 hours, even tho they repeated 24 hours was available. When asking for a specific time for Wednesday the employee rudely repeated “I told you Wednesday afternoon”. When I showed up to get my tires on Wednesday afternoon it’s a little unclear if they were pulled (the employee looked and had to search a little but had me sit in the lobby to load them in my car) I had asked to speak with the supervisor/manager, but he was in a meeting at the time. I left my number, again, to be contacted and have yet to hear back. Rude, unprofessional and quite honestly ridiculous for it to take two full days for 4 tires to be pulled when someone could give me all the information on the tires within a 15 minute phone call with no explanation other than “that’s policy”. (Call logs included incase the response is that these calls didn’t happen)

Absolute best service every time!! Love the waiting area - clean, comfortable and quaint. I also leased three Acura vehicles and wonderful sales staff as well! The experience is top on industry!

Their "Diagnostic" service is a $200 scam. Had my car towed in with an obvious dead battery and likely faulty alternator. Was told they pushed it into the shop to check it and diagnose problems. The car was never moved. All they did was hook up a new battery to say mine was dead and it needed an alternator. Couldn't have taken more than 10 mins to do this. Charged $200. Then quoted me over $1100 for an alternator, $300 for a new battery, and $80 for a new belt. Avoid dealerships like this, they will take every pennie they can get. Car was removed for property and an honest independent mechanic did full repairs for only $600. Oh and the Kirkland battery was from Costco, full refund given so I could get a new one from them. They pray on the mechanically ignorant. Stay away.

I have been a customer at this Acura dealership since 2012 . I have had such incredible service from Adam when dealing with my regular maintenance/tire switch overs etc and various repairs that I want to commend his customer centric approach to what can be an anxious time for car owners. I won't take my business anywhere else! Thank you to Adam , Glenda, and the entire service team!
