I needed to have service work done through warranty on my vehicle. Being my first car, I did not know what to expect. John kept in constant communication with me and ensured the process was seamless.

I tried twice to contact the Dealership for service, however both times I was on hold for so long that I dropped. The good news is they are busy, the bad news is ... they are busy .... Went to Moynes Ford for service, at least they can manage their queue.

Very happy with the service in Lindsay. Went beyond what needed to be done. Not only did they fix the immediate problem we had but fixed another warranty issue that we were waiting for the parts. Thanks Shannon for all that you did getting our truck fixed and back to us in one day
