a jeep that I recently purchased and it completely stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Shortly after I got this vehicle I expressed to the car lot that I started having problems immediately after having the vehicle GM manager Bo told me he would reach out which I am not understanding why Im having so many issues beings that I just purchased the vehicle. Not once but 3 times I had to return back to the lot about this vehicle having problems which is very inconvenient for my busy day to day schedule and I wash brushed off by the services center Ron Styled and told nothing was wrong with the car. Now that the car is not running at all I am being taken serious as them fixing the problem. How would I move forward with my loan because I am not at all comfortable or willing to pay for a vehicle that is not running. They said I would have to pay 1000 car payment to get into an another vehicle but I am no longer interested I would like to be accommodated for the inconvenience and put in a different vehicle that actually works!

The staff at Lindsay Buick are enjoyable fun and caring people. They have lots of stock, I walked in said that I was interested in possibly purchasing a car and a truck. Provided the specs of what i was looking for and two days later drove off the lot with new truck and a car. Since I have been back for service appointments the service staff have been very informative with providing knowledge on the vehicles and have been awesome with recommendations. Ive been to other dealerships over the years but none compare to here.

Let me start by saying we purchased our vehicle about 18 months ago and it was super easy. The professionalism shown was something I had never experienced when buying a car. To make it even better, they purchased the car back from us just recently for a very fair amount. The manager at this dealership Elliot is by far the most personable manager we have EVER dealt with. He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. It's definitely worth the drive up from Toronto to see these guys. AK in the used car department was fabulous and there finance lady Arnella is second to none. This is the place to buy your GMC. It really is. Thank me later :)

Very polite and respectful. The other customers are always in great moods that great conversations seem to happen out of the blue. Service is either on time or early. With full explanations of What was done. They also wash my vehicle every time.
