I brought my car in for a routine service, and they told me I needed new brake pads — fair enough. But then they hit me with a quote that was more than double what every other reputable shop charges. $800+ for basic pads? And that too only front pads. I checked with two local mechanics afterward, and both were shocked at the price. Total rip-off. Clearly hoping customers won’t question it or shop around. Either they're trying to take advantage, or they just assume we don’t know better. Either way, I won’t be coming back. I would suggest not to go for any kind of service to this kia dealership at west hunt club. These guys are frauds and scamster, looters.. Stay away from advisor name : Peter Walczak

Had an amazing experience with Jad at Kia on Hunt Club! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Jad made everything smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re heading in!
