Ali was a pleasure to deal with, he was professional and knowledgeable; he was always able to answer our questions and he was always ready for us even when we showed up early. Ali expertly helped us through the entire process of purchasing our vehicle as he was patient and took his time to explain the step by step details of the process. In addition, our vehicle was ready in the time frame he quoted and the car was ready and in pristine condition at the time of pickup. Ali is personable and approachable and he was attentive to our needs. We would also like to recognize and thank Kazem (the business manager) for his assistance and knowledge as well as his support when we had any questions or required any additional information regarding our new vehicle. From the moment I walked through the doors at KIA Hunt Club, Jad welcomed me and my family with warmth, chill energy, and genuine hospitality. His vibe was easygoing yet professional—never pushy, just real and respectful. He took the time to truly listen, made space for meaningful conversation, and only offered insight when needed. Also, he even offered hot chocolate milk to my children and I —a small gesture that spoke volumes about his attentiveness and heart. I truly felt seen, heard, and valued throughout the process. And to make the experience even better, Kaz in financing matched that same energy—thoughtful, clear, and supportive. We didn’t just leave with a car—we left with peace of mind, great service, and a memorable experience. My family and I are beyond satisfied. Nima was really amazing throughout the process of buying, my beautifull kia Sorento 2025 xline. He was friendly, helpfull and open to negociating way more then honda. If going to kia on huntclub i recommend dealing with Nima :) Thanks again!
