Jorden Riach is a very mean employee. I went in for service and Jorden Riach come up to me and asked me if im looking to get an oil change. I answered, "Im here for an appointment regarding my recalls" He then replied "Well if you look at the door it clearly says express lube lane, so you're in the wrong lane" He was very mean and he said that in a very rude manner. Please Nurse Chevrolet take this review seriously and take actions.

Wish every Dealer was like this one in 2017 I bought my brand new Chevy taho from this Dealer ship and I'm coming for service on regular basis and I bought my brand new 2024 corvette from Nurs Chevy Dealer as well and now I'm bringing both of my favorite vehicles to the best place for service I'll never take it to the other place Thanks to Cameron Girard to his professional and friendly reputation I'm keep coming here and advice every family and friends to come over at Nurs Chevy Dealer

Poor service at express oil change lane. They advertised free car mat wash, inside vacuum and car exterior wash with oil change but they only did the oil change. I specifically asked for car floor mat wash and inside vacuum because I will go for long drive and the service attendant said it’s all included and after service I found that they haven’t cleaned my car’s rear floor mats, didn’t vacuum inside and didn’t perform car exterior wash. I already paid before I got the key. So after I checked, I returned and asked the service attendant and he said car wash is broken (I also got the same answer in my previously visit) and due to long waiting time they didn’t perform car vacuum and rare floor mat wash. What a joke. Nurse Chevrolet you guys have a serious customer service problem. Please don’t waste your customers time and don’t make false marketing. If you are not providing extra services in express oil change lane please mention it to customer first before you start servicing. Don’t make false promises. I have a very bad experience and It’s better to take my business somewhere else.

I purchased my Chevy Silverado 2025 from Nurse Cadillac. I worked with Anastasia. She is amazing at her job. Today I had my first complementary oil change. Ran smoothly I was in and out in no time, thanks to the great team at Nurse Cadillac.

Have helped my father lease a Cadillac here on 2 separate occasions, and the staff have been unbelievably professional and helpful. They are always able to quote better pricing than other dealerships.
