Excellent customer service with Dean, sales rep and Mike for financial. Walked me thru the details on the truck All was ready , other accessories, etc when picked up.

Came in looking for a specific truck and Dean did not give up on finding me what I wanted . Dean was very straight forward and very honest which is why I would come back or send anyone I know to see him . great job Dean I love my new truck

Thank you so much to the staff at Jim Thompson Chrysler, I absolutely love my new 2020 JEEP WRANGLER!! Service was fast and efficient and very polite all around. I highly recommend this Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge Dealership. Ryan & Dean were excellent despite the COVID-19 regulation's. I had my jeep approved and picked up within 24 hours :) Thank you.

Purchasing a new truck was a very pleasant experience despite all the required social distancing protocols that are now required. This dealership had set up their showroom with all this in mind and it became unnoticeable after a short while. Highly recommend our sales rep Dean Wells.
