I brought my Civic in for an oil change after making an appointment. It seems to take about an hour to get this completed. This seems excessive for this type of work. I think that it would be quicker if you have a booked time.

I took my car in for an oil change and to check out my airbags which were on recall. The service department explained to me in detail that I need new lower balljoints and gave me a price to think about. They didn't pressure me into getting the work done there. It's refreshing to be asked if they should do the work before it's done and you are stuck with a huge bill.

The terms of the sale were clearly explained. When I forgot a blank check, Kelly set me up on line to get the info I needed. The CRV was in great condition. Kelly was nice.

I was very impressed with the personal touches that I saw while waiting for my car. I was asked several times if the staff could provide me with a snack, drink or change the channel on the tv for me. A staff member took over 10 minutes to assist an elderly customer sitting near me who did not understand the service that her car required to clarify what was being done and what she would and would not need in the future. The staff member kept the elderly woman from spending money on an expensive product that would not do what she needed it too. I was impressed with the personal touches that I saw throughout my visit.

took car in for oil change and general check up. I noted that I only had a temporary owner's permit and asked the receptionist about it. A few days later one had been obtained from MTO which was much appreciated.
