VERY helpful, congenial staff.

I was there for 3 hours and so appreciated the congenial staff AND the homemade muffins when I was feeling very hungry.Wish I knew the baker's name.

The service staff is always friendly. The waiting area is bright, clean, has beverages...and provides a close up view of the new models! Oh yeah and once they finished working on my car they washed it. Life is good at Orangeville Honda.

Found the service manager to be disrespectful and rude during our experience. Pointing a finger at me and saying "you are on the hook for $x amount of dollars" doesn't make me feel like I want to deal with Orangeville Honda in the future. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Dave was awesome! He did a fantastic job taking care of me and putting me in the correct vehicle that fit my budget. We are looking to replace our 2010 Sienna in the near future. Due that positive experience I will be going back to visit with Dave to talk to him about a new/used/leased Odyssey.
