The squad at Palladino Mazda gave me the best first time buyer experience. I toured all the dealerships in the area and not a single one compared in dedication, helpfulness, and follow up. Thank you, Tyler, Evan, Cole, Amanda, and Jaime. Please do yourself a favour and go check them out when you begin your search for a new vehicle. You might shop around the other dealerships after, but you'll find yourself going back to Palladino Mazda. I've gone back again with car problems and these guys are on the ball fixing them up. Honestly if you are in the market looking for a vehicle give the Palladino Mazda team a visit! You won't be disappointed.

Staff was helpful fitting my vehicle into their schedule, I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle and it was appreciated that I was able to pick the vehicle up a couple days after the appointment was complete.

Had a great experience buying our first new vehicle. We have always bought used before but decided to go with new and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Our sales person Shyla was so great to deal with, very knowledgeable about the car and didn't put any pressure on us at all. We gave her a budget we wanted to be in and she worked with that. We would definitely recommend Shyla if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. The rest of the staff we dealt with were great as well and we never felt any pressure to buy any extras or anything like that. We would have no problem recommending Palladino Mazda to family or friends in the market for a vehicle. We look forward to dealing with them over the next few years! Derek

Tyler was great, took care of the issue even though I didn’t have an appointment, Car was diagnosed and parts order and promptly repaired.

Ignition coil and plugs replaced and routine oil change. All the staff I dealt with were accommodating and helpful. Repairs where done quickly.
