I am disappointed in the lack of attention paid to detail when I bring my vehicle in.

I was asked to bring my truck in for updates based on recalls and picked it up with no updates done. I now have to bring it back sometime and am driving it with a recall which probably should be completed(shift into neutral). I also had my oil changed when I brought it in and the technician over filled it. I had to bring it back to have some drained.

Never buying a vehicle there again. Why sell extra warrenty when your not gonna cover it anyway. What a load of shit!!

Unhappy customer

I got a block heater put in my car in December of 2013 I had it tested and they say it doesn't work I have never thought it would only last a year. My parents have owned cars for years and never had to replace a block heater. I have owned several cars and never replaced a block heater. Now that I own a 2007 Malibou I have had to replace several things that have costed me several hundreds of dollars. Some of which I really think should be recalled like the power steering that I had replaced there was a recall on all 2006 and 2008 it just makes me wonder what they did right in 2007 that they didn't do in 2006 or 2008 and still my power steering went and I paid over $900. This just makes me wonder if I should buy a different brand of vehicle like a Ford or any thing else but a chev. Thanks Barb Johnson
