Crystal has always done a great job at keeping me informed of what is going on with my car, and how soon it will be ready. I have had some issues in getting a shuttle on time on occasion but have always been treated well by the SMP staff.

oil change ----as I drove up I was attended to in a timely manner, they introduced themselves, went thru some paperwork then I left to go shopping across the street and came back at an arranged time and my vehicle is all done and ready to go. I picked my keys and invoice up at the counter and gone I was.
