Dealing with Brett and the staff at Pothier Motors was awesome. You can tell it is a family owned business with the level of customer service they provide.

My experience is already well known by the staff and do not wish to rehash it since regardless of how I don’t feel satisfied with my experience I do not carry enough clout or significance to such a large dealership that anything would be done. In fact I’m sure the staff blame me for my own experience.

Hi Chad and Lindsay, I am sorry you feel you had a negative experience. Unfortunately I believe this was just an oversight on the options when the vehicle was purchased; all of the specs were provided prior to the sale and you did not realize that they were not there until after your purchase. Unfortunately after the sale there is very little we can do without charging for the additional features. Was planning on purchasing another vehicle from Pothier motors I believe my 6 or 7 th from them ,but the service I was used to getting has drastically gone down hill. I believe the service is just as important as the sale . I'm still waiting for a phone call from service from weeks ago, my vehicle was repaired the next day at another dealership and I purchased my new truck there. Its with a heavy heart I write this review but they need to fix these problems to keep there customers. I did purchase a new old hickory building there and was very happy with the service I received.

Only dealership we would ever deal with in purchases and service. They have #1 staff which are all excellent, friendly and go out of their way to help you with what you are there for.

Super friendly, very professional, and just awesome people! Tim Bowman was very good to deal with and made the purchasing process super fast and easy! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle!
