Love them but bay window leaked and now squirls are getting into bench seat.

Job was done is severe cold weather and the guys did the best, fastest job they could. I think because of the cold conditions some minor details were missed causing water to get in. Someone did come back and fix it once we knew what was happening but now the wood is stained. The bay window has been here since we lived here and was built well. However after 10 yrs of no problems we are now somehow getting a small rodent in the seat of the window. We are concerned it is getting into the walls from there. We obviously can't prove or don't want to assume it has happened from the installation of the new window but it is kinda weird. That being said we absolutely love our new windows. They are keeping the cold out and the heat in. We noticed a difference right away. The two men that installed the windows were nice and business like and worked well together. We would definitely get the rest of the windows we need from Landmark!!! Sincerely Bobbi-Jo Morris sofas
