Let me just say that I was NOT looking forward to looking at vehicles and didn't want to feel pressured or to have someone pushy bothering me. Unfortunately some car salesmen give others a bad rep and I have had personal experience with them being arrogant and pushy. I am sooo happy to say that Mark was not pushy whatsoever!! He made us feel important, we had his undivided attention and we never felt rushed. He listened to our needs - asked what we were looking for, what we wanted & what we didn't want. He was very professional and honest with us and made the experience actually enjoyable & fun. If he was ever unsure of something that we asked or he didn't know the answer to something about a vehicle he made sure to find out or find someone who did know instead of faking it or sloughing it off - which we really appreciated. Since we're from out of town, we were on a time crunch a couple of times, and he was nothing but accommodating and went out of his way to keep us informed with everything! He made us look outside our box and allowed us to keep an open mind -and I'm glad he did because I never would have looked at the vehicle we actually ended up purchasing! Overall this was such a positive experience and I have no hesitation about sending family and friends to Kia to visit Mark! :) Thanks Mark!
