I had been to Tony Graham Lexus for 4 times for various recall reason of my RX 350. every time they surprise me with their extraordinary services. Apart from the needed work every time I asked them for extra touch up works and they nicely have done them without any question. Every time they leave my car clean outside as well as inside. Very much pleased with their work and humble services.

The experience of buying my first Lexus has been outstanding on many levels at Tony Graham Lexus. My experience started with sales associate Thanh Trinh who is extremely professional, understanding and patient. With his recommendation I decided on the RX 350 was which was coming in on a trade. The rest of the experience was also understanding involving sales consulting Yan Na and financial service officer Shirley Cheung. I found everyone so friendly and extremely helpful to any of my inquiries and needs. After driving the car for one day I noticed a slight pulsation in the brakes. The next day the service department without question fix the problem completely to my satisfaction, what a pleasant experience compared to past experiences with other service departments. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family and would totally recommend Tony Graham Lexus family for your needs.
