Oil change and brake service were scheduled, I was also advise of a couple of recalls, the service technician was very complete in his explanation of what service was required and I felt very comfortable to authorize the additional items than I had not planned for. It was a very pleasant experience. I really felt that the service experience was far above other "luxury" brands that I had purchased in the past, I was very pleased that I decided to purchase a Cadillac from Leggat. The entire purchase and service experience so far has been A+. Thank you

Hi Mrs. Wedlock, I did try to call you but realize you may be at work. We normally leave the inspection report on the passenger seat, but in this case we have made a mistake and you did not receive it. The inspection we performed on your vehicle has a two part form. The white copy is yours and the yellow copy stays with us. I am mailing you the yellow copy with a duplicate copy of the invoice today. Again, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Not the best experience

I left my car with Leggat overnight and was told it would be ready by 6pm the following Saturday, when I arrived the following day (after confirming in the morning) I was told the vehicle was not ready and only required the alignment to finish the work, I was told the alignment technician was gone home for the day. I missed my Hockey game on Sunday morning because I did not have a vehicle. I am not sure how long an alignment takes, but Leggat had my car for over 24 hours so I think someone should have completed the job before going home. On Sunday morning I was called and told my car was being washed and would be ready, I picked up my car and it was filthy, I was told that it could not be washed because it has an antenna. It seems to me that after not completing the work in the desired time that someone would have made an attempt to remove the antenna (a 30 second job) and wash the car and then replace the antenna, or maybe perhaps just wash the windshield which was caked in dust. I have had better service from Leggat before but this time you did not meet my expectations, along with removing the high mileage discount a few months ago, I am considering a different shop for my car maintenance.

no concerns with the service. Follow through for recall was not accomplished as never received call that the parts were in to fix the recall. However, once there, service was prompt and accurate. Will definitely go back.

Recently my husband and I set out to get s car for our daughter. The team at Fairview Leggat help guide us to the safest and feature packed vehicle that fit our budget and our needs. Ended up buying two more vehicles. Extremely happy. felt like family.

My apologies for the delay in this response - I was away and didn't have time previously to respond. I am always pleased with my experience at Leggat's and this new car purchase was no exception. Shawn Alam, Betty G and Michael (finance) are wonderful. I feel as though I am part of a family when I'm at Leggat's. I couldn't be more pleased with my new vehicle and the process of purchasing a new vehicle at Leggats was once again AWESOME. Thank you!
