Sincere, polite, knowledgeable, gave suggestions on options before beginning service. Andy got back to us in a timely manner. It has always been a pleasure when Andy has been an advisor overseeing service to one of our vehicles.

Dropped the car off on Satuday in the Early Bird box. My Terrain had transmission problems. Greig returned my call on Monday and explained that it's a programming issue. The Car was ready Monday afternoon... I got a complimentary car wash.... Thank you. All was for free and under warranty...

Friendly and reliable staff. The courtesy drive is so helpful and needed. While I don't like it when my car isn't working your staff made the inconvenience easier to take.

I had my car in for service which included a recall replacement of the left taillight seal.After I picked up my car my taillight and brake light did not work. Luckily Laurie noticed this as I was about to pull out of the service dock and the tech came out and reconnected the harness to the tail light assembly. I think that when a tech works on something as crucial as a brake light assembly, there should be a double check to make sure the brake and tail light are working before the car is released to the owner. If the car would have been parked outside for pickup, I may not have noticed this and would have been driving on the highway without this brake light.

Disappointed on different levels. First is communication. Left a message July 12 (sat) to set up appt for my car. No return phone call made. Said they didn't receive it. I called 2 days later to set up appt and could not accommodate until the following week. Paula Ezekiel sent email to remind me of service due. Sent email back to her to see what was involved in the service. No response sent to me. Last time I was told 30 % rear brake,this time they said no I had 50%. Now when turning corners, sounds like right rear wheel bearings make grinding sound. The problem with the engine stalling couldn't be found, so apparently something needed to be reset so far it hasn't stalled. The sunroof woks well now. Don't think I will be returning to Leggat for service. Julia alexander

Service was completed in a timely manner. All of my concerns were addressed. My truck needed a new rad, new tires, alignment and steering parts. Also, the ignition switch was repaired.
