Andy is always courteous and helpful and on this occasion he went a step further to get a water specialist look at my car and fix the problem.

My issue with my air bag light on appears to be addressed. Diagnostics were done and appeared ok, so so some special grease was put on the connections and so far the light has not come on.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was very helpful. I took advantage of the shuttle service also which was great.

Brought the car in at appointment time, told what services should be done based on manual and had a ride home by Leggat driver. All went well and I am happy with the performance of the car. No recalls, but mentioned I had the car stall out in Florida on two occasions, but pulled off the road and restarted car. While I have not had the same thing happen again, I am concerned that I could be in traffic and have it stall - was simply told to bring it in if it happens again.

Not only did they do a great job, but they made sure I was comfortable while I waited by offering me free breakfast and washed my car for free. Outstanding customer service !

John's service was excellent. your shops scheduling Sucks. I took 24 hour to complete a synthetic Oil and filter change and then it took look at the brakes to confirm I required a front reline and rear service took an additional 24 hours(and this is with an with an appointment). Also I would like to thank the person who had put the emergency brake on not hard enough to trigger the dash lite , but by the time I got home * (Gueph line and Hwy5) I could smell the burning brake pads on the rear drums as I pulled in my driveway.( kind a defeated the rear brake service) .O Yah! what happened to the 20% discount on parts due to being a high mileage customer David H Graham Cell:416 884 4702
