Oil change and 6 months maintenance inspection whick included rotating tires and checking all fluid levels, brakes and lights etc. I was also hoping to have recall work done but the parts weren't in yet so I'll guess I'll be paying another visit. Andy was very thorough and called me at work to let me know the prognosis of the inspection. There are some things that need to be attended too but there was no pressure to have it done on the spot which was great. Most of the time I have to budget these things over a few months so I appreciate the time to be able to do that. Everyone was very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. The shuttle driver was also very personable and I thoroughly enjoyed my ride to work and home again. Thank you!

My car would not change gears and needed to be towed. After reviewing the car John had called me to discuss what needed to be done. The only issue I have is, the car still has a shake when it changes gears.

I have dealt with your business for many years. During that time, I feel that John has been honest and true in the services I needed and I appreciate it. However, I did stay away for awhile recently because I felt some services were suggested which I later found out were unnecessary and did not solve the problem. This was especially true when I dealt with other personnel and in particular one lady. I know that in your business, agents must sell as many products as possible but in my case that is a strategy that makes me take my business elsewhere. I am a very loyal customer to those businesses that I feel have my best interest at heart and I feel John has done that for the most part. Thank you for the opportunity to express myself!

The services provided included a semi-annual check-up, looking into a fluid leak (which turned out to be a water pump issue) and a repair of the front rotors. As soon as I go into the service area, John is welcoming and always remembers my name. He is efficient with getting me in and out so that I can get to work and does a fantastic job in explaining the issues and the options for dealing with them.

Betty is a top quality sales person. We attended the dealership to just look at cars with the thought of purchasing in the future. Betty took the time to let us look and ask questions. She was thorough and thoughtful in her follow-up with us. She made us realize that the deal we were offered on a new Chevy Cruz was too good to pass on.
