At 10:15 in the morning of Monday, July 14, I arrived in the CAA tow truck which was towing my car into the Leggat back yard lot and was immediately greeted and taken to the service desk of Andy Logan. He carefully explained the procedure for assessment of the problem and told me they would phone me before they proceeded to fix my car. I was driven to my home and received a call in the early afternoon to tell me that my car needed a new fuel pump and possible fuel filter. He explained in detail what the cost would be for each part and the labour costs. I agreed to proceed. Andy thought it would take 3 hours and with only one service man available that day, wasn't sure if the job could be completed by 5:30 closing time. I was very grateful when I received the call at 5:00 to say that the car indeed would be ready as it didn't need a fuel filter after all. A courtesy car came by 5:30 to pick me up. The bill was paid and I was back home by 6:00. Thank you to Leggat's for your efficient, kind and helpful service!!

My car was seen as a GM recall. I was seen at the appointed time and treated well. The repair took 30 minutes longer than anticipated but I was re-assured it was going well. This made it easier to wait the extra time. Appreciated the wash at the end

Brought our Malibu and Cobalt in to have the winter tires changed back to all season tires. The cobalt also had an oil change. John informed me, after the oil change, that our tires had not been brought over from storage. John asked of I wanted to wait at the dealership or go home while we waited for the tires to be brought over. I chose to go home. John arranged a driver to take me home and bring me back once the tires had been changed!

I purchased a used vehicle a few months back and took it into Leggat as i know they had serviced the vehicle it's whole life. I don't really trust mechanics a whole lot as i have been burned many times. They answered all of my questions and i feel they were very honest and straight forward with me. Great experience overall ; )

Came in for a recall, was informed of a 2nd as well. Time estimate given. Was asked if I wanted a car wash which I did. work was done before noon, but no car wash.
