Carrying on from above, another gentlemen took my car out of the reception area as John continued to enter my information. I was asked if I needed the shuttle service, and soon a gentleman drove me home. Very pleasant ride, sorry I don't know his name. Later in the afternoon, John called, to say my car was ready and I again used the shuttle service. Another very pleasant ride. The woman on the cashier desk, was very nice, she went over the work that had been performed and explained the invoice to me. She told me where my car was parked. My car was washed, the paper work on the visual inspection was on the front seat and I left. Pleasant experience, thank you. Jim Chapman

I took my car in for a maintenance check - got work done on brakes and steering. Though it cost quite a bit the car is running much smoother. John was professional, helpful and courteous.

Crawford has been my sole Service Advisor for my Chevy Traverse. Each time I bring my vehicle in, I know that Crawford will ensure that it is well taken care of and a thorough service is provided. One thing I really appreciate about Crawford is his knowledge of my vehicle, it's warranties and any outstanding recalls. I know I'm leaving in a safe and well tuned vehicle and that any warranties, where they apply, have been considered so that I'm not spending tons of $$$. An all around great experience each time.

I had my sunshade replaced. It was done perfectly and in a very timely manner. I have no issues with Leggat. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and will do so again in the near future.... if the price is right. The sevice at this dealership is exceptional.

I had to get my summer tires on & a transmission flush. It was smooth & everything was explained in detail. Cashing out was made simple as well.

When my car required parts due to a recall - John went out of his way to ensure that although they didn't have the parts available when I had my car there that he followed up to get my car fix asap meeting my required timelines and available dates.

I have been dealing with John for almost 17 years. John always gives me an honest and accurate account of what needs to be fixed, how long it will take and how much it will cost. He makes sure I get exactly what I need with options to keep the repairs affordable.

Brakes, look at the air conditioning, new spark plugs and wires, a detailing job and several other repairs that I have not idea what function they perform on the car. I do know that I was charged time for the spark plugs and then more time for the spark plugs wires, and I think that an excused for double dipping. Not a happy customer. When my husband called the manager, I was given a 10 percent credit for future work. Which I appreciate. In the past I have been a very loyal customer, only Leggat has worked on my Buick. Now I think the costs of repairs were way too much, and I would do better using another business.
